About me

I am a statistics PhD student at the Georg-August-University Göttingen. The focus of my work lies on statistical modeling and the development of research software. Currently, I am involved in the following projects:

  • I work on Bayesian Conditional Transformation Models (CTMs), a class of flexible distributional regression models.
  • I am part of the development team of Liesel, a Python library for research on Bayesian semi-parametric regression models.
  • I develop and maintain alfred3, a Python library for programmatically creating behavioral experiments, both for the laboratory and the internet.
  • I also develop and maintain alfred3-interact, an extension for alfred3 that allows you to include real-time interaction between participants in alfred3-experiments.
Interests
  • Statistical Modeling in general
  • Distributional Regression in particular
  • Research Software Development (R & Python)
